Terms of Service

By accessing or using MonkeyRocket ("the Game") at monkeyrocket.lol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game. These Terms apply to all users, including guests and registered account holders.

MonkeyRocket is a free-to-play web-based arcade game featuring two game modes (Rocket Mode and Rocket Racing), a global leaderboard, in-game currency (Bananas), and optional cosmetic upgrades. The Game is accessible via any modern web browser at monkeyrocket.lol with no download required.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MonkeyRocket. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. Users must be at least 18 years of age to participate in prize competitions or use crypto payment features. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the minimum age.

MonkeyRocket features an in-game currency called Bananas and various virtual items:

• Bananas are earned through gameplay and can be used to unlock cosmetic items
• Virtual items and Bananas have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust in-game currency and items at any time
• Optional paid upgrades (such as the Battle Pass and premium maps) can be purchased using Solana (SOL) or the $🐵🚀 token via a connected Solana wallet. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law

MonkeyRocket tracks Airdrop Points earned during gameplay:

• Airdrop Points are accumulated through legitimate gameplay only
• Any future token distributions or rewards associated with Airdrop Points are entirely at our discretion and are not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or change the Airdrop Points system at any time without notice
• Airdrop Points earned through cheating, exploits, or unauthorised means will be forfeited

MonkeyRocket runs skill-based weekly prize competitions:

• Weekly tournaments award real SOL prizes to the top 3 players in Rocket Mode and the top 3 players in Rocket Racing each week
• Competitions are based on skill and gameplay performance only. They are not games of chance and involve no element of luck or wagering
• Prizes are set by MonkeyRocket and distributed to verified winners via their connected Solana wallet
• Prize winners may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) and verify wallet ownership before receiving any rewards
• We reserve the right to withhold prizes from any player found to have cheated, exploited bugs, or otherwise violated these Terms
• Prize competitions are subject to applicable laws and regulations in the winner's jurisdiction. Where prize competitions are restricted or prohibited by local law, they are void in that jurisdiction

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or use unauthorised software to manipulate gameplay or scores
• Submit false or manipulated scores to the leaderboard
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated bots or scripts to play the game
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — please report them to privacy@monkeyrocket.lol
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Game or its servers
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

All content within MonkeyRocket, including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, code, logos, and branding, is the property of MonkeyRocket and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Optional in-game purchases are made using cryptocurrency on the Solana blockchain:

• Purchases are paid in Solana (SOL) or the $🐵🚀 token through a connected Solana wallet (such as Phantom, Solflare, Coinbase Wallet, or Trust Wallet)
• All cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on the public Solana blockchain and are final and irreversible once confirmed. Blockchain transactions cannot be refunded or reversed
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your private keys, and ensuring transaction details (such as amounts and addresses) are correct. We are not liable for losses resulting from user error, incorrectly constructed transactions, or compromised wallets
• Cryptocurrency values can be volatile. The price of items may be calculated using live exchange rates at the time of purchase
• We do not take custody of your funds or store your private keys

MonkeyRocket is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within the Game.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MonkeyRocket and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of virtual items or currency.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice
• Update these Terms at any time — continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
• Modify in-game features, currency, items, and prize structures at our discretion

The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your applicable territory.
